Congratulations to Jackson, from Oolitic Campus Lawrence County IN for winning first place in the T-shirt design contest. Jackson will receive the top prize of $250 and a free T-shirt with his winning design. Victoria, from Horizon Christian School, won 2nd place and will receive $100, and Andrew, from Dugger Union Community Schools, won 3rd place and will receive $50 for his design.

A special thanks to Mrs. Howard, who had 24 students at Dugger Union Community Schools submit designs! Kudos to Mrs. Walker and Mrs. Jones, who had 11 students submit designs from Robert A. Taft Middle School. Horizon Christian and Oolitic Campus Schools each had 3 students submit designs. Clay Middle School, Insight High School, and Northside Middle School each had one student submission.

As you can see in the posters below, all designs showed an excellent array of artistic work depicting personal interpretations of STEM.

On behalf of the Science Education Foundation of Indiana, we thank all 45 participants whose art will be displayed at the next in-person Celebrate Science Indiana and each participant will receive a $5 coupon for this event’s store. We hope to see you all live on October 1, 2022!
